Supervision & System Management

With a single software package, you can manage access to your recharging service, set the associated tariffs, monitor the operating status of your charging stations and analyze charging sessions.

System Management services also cover your solution’s 3G/4G and WIFI connectivity, as well as payment services for credit card payments.

Finally, upgrades to the on-board software of your solution and its charging points are regularly carried out remotely (OTA – over the air) to enrich and enhance your charging experience.

We always have an eye on your installation thanks to remote supervision, enabling us to detect any anomalies and correct them before you know it.

Our support service keeps in touch with you and your users, whether to optimize the operation of your system or simply to respond to their queries about kiosk operation. A help center, available 24 hours a day, enables you to learn how to use the solution and to submit requests to technical support.

Maintenance

To ensure a high level of reliability and extend the life of your equipment, preventive maintenance is carried out annually. This consists of a series of checks and replacement of parts to keep your equipment running smoothly.

In the event of a malfunction observed by the Operations team on your solution, diagnostics are carried out, leading in most cases to a remote resolution.
If the diagnosis requires on-site intervention, a Mob-Energy technician is called in to carry out physical maintenance on the installation.
